About the Role
Albert is looking for a strategic and experienced HRBP as we enter our next phase of growth. As a member of our HRBP team, not only will you provide guidance to your client groups, but you’ll also help define what being an HRBP means at Albert. Reporting into our Director of HR, the HRBP is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle support. This role is core in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent support to employees and managers, coaching leaders, and driving people programs and process improvement. You’ll encourage your client groups to take on a forward-looking model as we scale over the next few years. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact throughout Albert and grow as a leader in the People space.
