About the role
You will work cross-functionally with the Genius, Compliance and Engineering teams to establish standard processes, procedures and handle routine inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Genius Liason
  • Troubleshot Errors and escalated issues from our Genius team
  • Review Daily Reconciliation Reports
  • Communicate with our custodian (Apex) to resolve questions from Genius/users

  • Apex Liaison
  • Handle name change documentation with Apex
  • Handle Margin calls
  • Resolve ACH disputes
  • Review documents related to levies and death distribution requests
  • Facilitate audit requests

  • Compliance Liaison
  • Assist with compliance monitoring and audits: transactions, trade errors and adjustments, AUM
  • Help automate surveillance and transaction monitoring reports and alerts
  • Document compliance procedures and supervisory controls
  • Assist with regulatory reporting (e.g. CAT / OATs reporting errors, complaints reporting)
  • Help research and document root causes of investor complaints and provide recommendations to improve user experience
  • 2+ years experience working in a registered investment advisor or broker dealer
  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues in an ever-evolving and fast-paced startup environment
