About the role
The Director of Operations is an integral role at Albert. The candidate will manage the operational side of all our transactional products, including banking, savings and investing, dealing with millions of financial transfers every month. As we scale our new banking offering, Albert Cash, we are building a top-notch team of regulatory, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute management, and product operators. The candidate will be a foundational member of the team, playing a leading role in building an efficient and effective operations function.
